At a meeting of the society held Oct. 4th it was decided to hold the kite contest the latter part of Oct and immediately after [S.2] this your instructions will be carried out provided Mr. Means is at home. Bisher ist nicht bekannt, ob die Einladung an andere (Lilienthal) gleichzeitig erfolgte (siehe id19552), An Chanute offenbar (id9715).
